I’ve decided to get out of the house for a bit and get some work done. I love being able to work from home but I also love the freedom of going outside of the house on occasion!
The reason I stayed up so late last night getting this site on it’s feet was because I knew this week was going to be pretty hectic. I have many web projects going on at the same time and it’s been tough trying to find time to do anything other than work. However, I was lucky enough to have some friends over on Saturday for my first ever texas hold-em poker game! I didn’t lose quite as badly as I thought I would which was enough to impress me, not sure about anybody else.
But the weekend is over and on this dreary Seattle afternoon my “office” is just around the corner from my apartment in an online cafe aptly titled “Online Coffee Company”. Despite the corny name it’s really just perfect for a freelance web dude like myself. Lots and lots of computers and tables near outlets for those with laptops. It’s actually become my favorite cafe if only because it’s wifi is so stable compared to every other cafe with internet. The commute is nice too.
I’ve got a couple phone meetings lined up and I’m trying to get a project out the door for review this evening.

Thanks Kien! Yeah I hope you’re feeling up to stopping by tomorrow. You and Nori should come over when you’re both free too.
